At Animix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 6 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not marked as non-returnable (e.g., limited-edition, pre-order, or sale items).
  • The item has not been opened or damaged.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Limited-edition items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Pre-order items.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Opened or used products (unless defective).

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at order@animix.qa within 6 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (if required).
  4. Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please keep a copy of your shipping receipt for reference.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at order@animix.qa with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will either issue a full refund or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

9. International Returns
